The Calm Mind Collective
Welcome to the Calm Mind Collective.
This self-paced educational course is a gentle first step towards meaningful change.

Whether you’re waiting for individual or group therapy, unsure if therapy is right for you, or looking to deepen your current journey, this programme offers practical tools and insights to help you feel more grounded, capable, and connected.

This course isn’t a replacement for individual or group therapy - it’s here as an extra layer of support for your wellbeing. Think of it as something you can lean on while you’re waiting for therapy, trying to decide if it’s right for you, or adding to the work you’re already doing.
Over 6 modules, you’ll learn about trauma and the mind-body connection, and build real-life skills drawn from Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, EMDR principles, and trauma-informed yoga.
Together, these approaches help you manage difficult emotions, respond more calmly, and move towards a life guided by your values.
